FINNISH MULTILAYER PLYWOOD PANELS IN BIRCH FOR DEMANDING APPLICATIONS

Finnish multilayer plywood panels - high-quality PANALEX Form Plywood can be reused multiple times in industrialised construction projects.

Multilayer plywood panels produced to Finnish standards for large formwork surfaces. PANALEX Form Plywood birch panels consist entirely of birchwood layers. Thickness of each layer is approx. 1.4. mm. The panels are covered on both sides with a wear, heat- and weather-resistant phenolic resin film. Waterrepellent sealed edges. High product quality and strength. Suitable for use on large and medium-sized construction sites. Multiple reuse possible.

Surface types:

multilayer panels manufactured to Finnish standards and coated with dark brown phenolic film approx. 220 g/m² per side. 

Plywood panels without phenolic resin film.

The high-performance shuttering panel without conceiled edge band

• Block structure forming outer layer runs parallel to longitudinal edge. No special colour requirement as surface features veins and knots. Knots allowed, if fallen out, mostly sealed.
• Fully polished surface coated with layer of high-resistance yellow melamine resin to approx. 120 g/ m² on each surface.
• The edges of the PANALEX S/T Basic shuttering panel are sealed with acrylic resin.
• Exact made-to-measure perpendicularity and dimensions.
• Exact made-to-measure dimensions.
• The shuttering panel can be cut at any point.
• High-quality central European fir.
• No clips used.
• Central and outer layer entirely closed, compact.
• Every second panel has a concealed edge band on one long side for reasons linked to the production process. The shuttering panel structure minimises corner breakage thanks to the compact central section.
