Your privacy is of particular concern to us. PANALEX will thus process your data only on the basis of the legal provisions (General Data Protection Regulation [GDPR], 2003 Telecomunications Law). This information on data protection contains the most important aspects of the data processing performed in the context of our website.
If you contact us on this website by means of any form or by e-mail, any data you provide will be used solely for the purpose of processing your request; PANALEX will store such data for six months for the event of follow-up questions. We will not forward the data to any third parties without your consent; nor will the data be sold or leased. Your data will be transmitted via SSL encryption (SSL certificate) and we undertake to handle all your data responsibly and with the utmost care.
Web analysis and cookies
Our website uses features of the web analysis service Matomo, an open-source software for the statistical analysis of visitor traffic, as well as the Google Analytics software provided by Google. Matomo (150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand) uses "cookies", small text files that are stored on your computer and permit analysis of your use of the website. The information generated will be transmitted to a server located in Germany and stored there. You can prevent this by setting your browser to prevent cookies from being stored. We would however point out that in this case it may not be possible to make full use of all the functions of this website.
Your IP address will be recorded but then immediately anonymised (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits), thus permitting only an approximate localisation.
Our concern pursuant to the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. As the privacy of our users is important to us, all user data is pseudonymised. User data will be kept for a period of one year.
You are in priciple entitled to the rights of information, rectification, deletion, limitation, data portability, revocation and opposition in respect of your data. If you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the data protection legislation or that your privacy rights have otherwise been in some way violated, you may complain to the supervisory authority. In Italy this is the Data Protection Authority.
